Content overview:
During this workshop we will create a benevolent space for a collective meditation (by Richard Rudd).

This meditation will be preceded and followed by an individual contemplation then a group sharing, focused on the 2 Spheres connected to this Pathway.

Practical aspects:
1/ Tea, water, fruits and nuts are part of our hospitality rules. These will be provided by the house.
